RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY


The Warranty On Your New H.V.A.C. System

  1. Standard warranties on HVAC equipment carry a one-year parts and labor warranty.
  2. General Air Conditioning Service Corporation provides the one-year labor warranty.
  3. The manufacturer warrants all parts. The compressor, indoor coil, and outdoor coil generally have a 5-year part warranty from the manufacturer. Heat Exchangers normally have a 20-year part warranty.
  4. Labor, shipping, and other charges will apply after the one-year labor warranty.
  5. All warranties do not include damage due to weather, acts of God, abuse, or repairs needed due to lack of proper preventative maintenance.
  6. Please refer to your sales contract and the manufacturer's literature for exact details of your warranty.
